Tenancy Law
Over the past 10 years, Martine has developed into a landlord and tenant law specialist and to this end she has completed the landlord and tenant law specialization course. She is a member of the Association of Tenancy Law Attorneys (VHA).
Martine has assisted many housing corporations. Her clients also include private tenants and landlords. As a result, she has extensive experience in conducting (termination) proceedings in the event of nuisance, illegal occupancy, rent arrears or bad tenancy. In recent years there have been many developments within both business premises and the housing market and new legislation is (in the making). Martine follows these developments closely, so you can always contact her for sound advice or to discuss the best approach in this area.
Register of areas of law
Martine has registered both labor law and rental law (housing) as (sub-)jurisdictions in the register of areas of law of the Dutch Bar Association. She therefore follows specialized training and/or courses in both of these areas of law every calendar year, according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
