Frouke Vlaskamp

Lawyer Partner – Employment Law

Frouke has more than 25 years of experience in employment law and, as an attorney at law, she assists both companies, non-profit organisations and private individuals. She advises on all aspects of employment law and the interfaces between employment law and social security law, corporate law and pension law. Frouke has successfully completed the specialist training in both employment law and pension law, and is a member of the nationally recognized specialist association for employment law attorneys.

Her style is characterized by a sharp legal and analytical view. From there she works on a practical and targeted solution. She looks beyond employment law alone and is able to advise as an entrepreneur or from an administrative angle. Frouke is also happy to litigate, if necessary, before all judicial authorities and committees.

Frouke has gained a lot of administrative experience in addition to her practice as a lawyer, she was a member of various boards and supervisory boards, the municipal council and the Council of the local Bar Association. Frouke has also repeatedly acted as a lecturer in the field of employment law and is a registered peer counselor for other attorneys at law.

Frouke has been running an independent law practice together with other lawyers since 1998 and her name was associated with the firm until 2019. In that year her firm merged Milestone advocaten.

   

Frouke has registered the following (principal) legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister): employment law.

Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in the registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
